Break the rules ... don't break the bank!

When it comes to personal style, I live by these truths:

1. Fashion and beauty shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. (After all, it's harder to buy clothes that fit if you're missing limbs.)

2. Style doesn't need to have so many rules. (Come on, who likes wearing a uniform?!)
